No registration or website top-up is needed. Fixed transfer tiers and API quotes are shown separately. Follow the amount, quantity and rental period currently listed in the transfer purchase panel; do not pay using a quote from another channel.
Pay from the wallet that needs Energy
Verify the TRON mainnet payment address, currency and exact amount, then send a normal TRX transfer from your own wallet that needs Energy. Delivery goes to the paying address. Exchange withdrawals and specifying another receiver in a memo are not supported here.
Check payment before checking resources
Keep the payment hash. Use the transaction check to verify solidified successful execution, then look up the paying wallet for available Energy and Bandwidth. No result does not prove failure, and successful payment does not confirm Energy delivery.
Keep the original records if delivery is missing
Save the hash, both addresses, currency, amount, payment time and issue description. Prepare enquiry information on the payment help page and contact the original channel. Do not pay again while the result is uncertain. Verification needs no private key, seed phrase or wallet control.
